The maker and seller of machinery and equipment used to process asbestos or materials containing asbestos must ensure that machinery and equipment is equipped with tool that function to accommodate and collect (asbestos dust) at the time and the place of dust is produced.
The maker and seller berasbes materials or products containing asbestos must complete each purchase of material or product with usage instructions that follow the principles of Occupational safety and health and warn purchasers of the dangers that can arise if the instructions are not implemented.
Anyone who supplies, rent, or sell (asbestos-processing machinery and equipment to developing countries) are obliged to ensure that safety and health standards with respect to the use of machinery or equipment is at least equal to the standard (Occupational safety and health) prevailing in the country origin of manufacturer and in accordance with the requirements applicable Occupational safety and health nationally in developing countries
