Obligation of employers to control and prevent pollution of asbestos dust exposure

Employers shall provide a report / give notice to the authorities who reserves the right on all activities,Work operations and workplaces that involve the use of asbestos or materials containing asbestos materials by following the terms defined in procedures.

When the building design and installation of technical changes that could affect the levels of asbestos dust in the air at the workplace, the employer is obliged to establish and take measures to prevent asbestos dust in the work environment.

Giving an explanation specifically to ease understanding of dangers of asbestos for health and preventive actions shall be provided to new workers as employees, foreign workers who have trouble communicating in local languages ​​and all other workers who have difficulty understanding written instructions.

Employers must ensure that all members of the management staff continue to enhance efforts to prevent dangers of asbestos, that they truly aware their duty to ward off the dangers of asbestos dust exposure in the workplace, and that they have been trained properly and continuously updating their knowledge in the field so they are able to provide appropriately and correctly instructions to employees regarding the prevention efforts that they should do before doing the work and what they should do if things happen that cause unwanted asbestos dust
